I was overweight all my
life. 120 pounds in 4th grade...

...And 250 in 7th.

Throughout my childhood I was pretty miserable. I have all kinds of
“fat” memories... my earliest one from back when I
was 5 years old. I remember my grandmother baked me a chocolate cake in
the shape of a “5”... and when I blew out the
candles, I didn't dream for a bike or something "normal" - my wish was to be thin.
At five years old.
I tried countless diets ranging from the “Grape
Diet” (you could only eat grapes) to the “Cabbage
Soup Diet” and everything in between. While it was very easy
to lose weight in the short-term... nothing seemed to work for more
than a few weeks.
And I could never keep the weight off if it did.
No matter what,
I Just Couldn't Stay Motivated!
You would think a feeling
that's that grueling... you would do anything to shake it. But that
just didn't happen.
I remember buying "thin
clothes"...
clothes that didn't fit but I thought eventually would, “once
I lost the weight”.
The weight never came off and every time I'd re-try on the clothes, I'd
get more and more depressed.
It was a vicious circle.
At first I blamed myself, saying that I didn't have willpower or
discipline, and that it was my own fault I was fat.
I'd get on a diet, all
gung-ho... and after a few weeks (months at best) something would just shift.
In retrospect I realize this was a combination of both me and the fact
that these
diets were just not sustainable for long term lifestyle.
I mean, who wants to eat cabbage soup or no carbs for the rest of their
lives?
Not me.
So I got really desperate. I
researched and researched. A TON. And,
The Results Shocked Me To The Core.
I KNEW there was a
way to lose weight that could be both effective AND sustainable...
But I had no idea to find it.
And man, you should see just some of the things I found out on the journey.
But while I was learning a
lot...
I still
wasn't getting any thinner.
Growing increasingly frantic, I even considered anorexia. And you want
to know something shocking?
Despite what the media tries to peddle to you,
Even Anorexics Know Low Calorie Doesn't Work.
Seriously.
Before I continue, let me tell you... I'm NOT endorsing anything
that's unhealthy. At all. I'm simply sharing my story with you, and how
I was able to uncover what I did.
So... the anorexics did something where they'd switch up their calories
on a daily basis. I'd explain it here, but I don't want anyone to go
out and try it.
Basically, it was a failproof
formula that
made them release fat over and over again. And the reason that they did
this is because they knew... just as well as I did, that...
Low
calorie diets will almost inevitably make you FAT. See.. your
metabolism adjusts very easily. If you were to lower your calorie
intake to 1,000 calories per day… it would adjust itself and
expect 1,000 calories a day. I won't get into the science, but it's our
body's survival mechanism and has been with us since the days of
cavemen.
So when you lose the weight you want to lose and go back to a normal
calorie allotment – say, 2000 calories a day –
you'd invariably gain the weight back because your metabolism will have
been slowed down to a pace that would only burn 1,000 calories per
day... even though you’re eating double the amount.
In short...
You Don't Know It... But You're Making Yourself Fatter And Fatter By The Second.
Armed with new information, I went on to research
other people who were obsessed with their bodies.
This time I looked at the bodybuilders.
Turns out they were using the same kind of tactic that the anorexic
people were using – but in a much healthier way.

fascinating.
So I went on to try my own version of this strategy. Turns out it was
very easy...
