Calorie cycling, also known as calorie shifting, is not a new fad.
People have been using calorie cycling for years…. because it works.
With diets such as “low carb” or “low calorie”… your body gets used to what you’re doing… so although you will lose weight short term – it never lasts.
Your body will eventually plateau… not to mention, when you get off of the diet your weight comes plummeting back.
With calorie shifting…you trick your body.
Your body never knows what’s coming to it… so it can’t adjust to anything.
Think about a time when you were on a diet and not losing any more weight. Think about how you got disgusted… gave up and went back to your normal eating habits… and then astonishingly ended up losing weight?
Shockingly… that’s completely normal and defines “calorie cycling”.
Historically… mankind always ate this way and our bodies are naturally optimized for this.
It’s also better for psychological mindset, stress resistance, longer life span, increased insulin sensitivity. It reduces morbidity, cancer formation, kidney disease, and helps protect against Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s and stroke.
