I started out at 262 pounds on a 5 foot, 5 inch frame and after one week of shifting calories without starving I had already knocked off 8 pounds! Down to 254 pounds! The next week I started walking for 20 minutes every other day in addition to shifting calories and I lost an additional 10 pounds!

This seemed too good to be true! 18 pounds in 2 weeks is truly impressive. And it was so cool to notice that my blue jeans had a lot more room in them! I’m looking forward to seeing how this continued weight loss goes.

It’s not hard to do once you get used to counting calories and watching portion sizes. yayFood’s site even has a calorie calculator to help total up the calories per meal. And a journal to keep track of how I’m doing.
